Upline Commissions

The weekly distribution shares the remainder of the 60% of the revenue of a sale, after the Direct Commission is paid out, across the entire Upline.

(SALE x 60%) - DC(%) = Upline Commission Shares

This revenue is paid out in equal shares amongst all members of an Upline above the entering member. Any single member's share is determined by the difference in length between their 4 longest Critical  Paths.  

There is an allowed tolerance of 10% between the 1st & 2nd longest Critical Path, 20% between the 2nd & 3rd longest Critical Path and 30% between the 3rd & 4th longest Critical Path.

For each tolerance which is exceeded, 16.5% will be deducted from that individual member's share of the Upline Commission. These deductions top out at 49.5% and are paid out to the rest of the Upline. All revenue remains in the Upline! Members who keep their Critical Paths balanced are rewarded the most in the shared Upline Commission.  To make the most of your personal weekly Upline Commission it is best to build even Critical Paths and to encourage members to go broad.
